Job Description

Reporting primarily to the Senior Designers, the job holder will play an important role in supporting his/her team in upholding Broadway?s reputation and standards by developing creative, innovative and high-quality design concepts, visuals and presentations in line with client project briefs and company marketing requirements.Guidance and authority:The job holder is responsible for satisfying design tasks within specified timeframes, as advised by the Senior Designer. They will need to coordinate with the Commercial team and outsourcing design companies where appropriate.Quantitative dimensions of the roleDevelop presentations within budget with minimal revisions or rework and be creative with visualisation skills.Principal accountabilities

  • Coordinate and support the Senior Designer accurately comprehending the requirements of the assigned project, developing a concept into a design presentation with excellent quality visuals.
  • Support the Senior Designer to review designs and concepts in line with client specifications and make recommendations and carry out changes where required.
  • Preparation of as-built drawings and operation manual of completed projects.
  • Keep up to date with new design trends and projects together with innovative products and materials through research, sharing information across the Manila and Dubai design teams where appropriate.
  • Comply with Broadway?s drawing and presentation standards.
  • Attend internal meetings whenever required.
  • Comply and submit to the given timeframe in completing tasks and workloads.
  • To undertake any other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by the Senior Designer or Managing Director from time to time.
  • To support with the preparation of marketing collateral for both digital and hard copy presentation
