Visual MerchandiserReports to: Manager ? Corporate Visual MerchandiserJob Purpose:A Visual Merchandiser ensures all outlets are consistent with the Company Brand image in line with visual merchandising standards.Key Accountabilities:Scope of work?Work closely with Corporate Visual Merchandiser on floor plan, display points and VM guidelines.?Ensure All Bateel Shops and Caf‚ Retail area are consistent with the Company Brand image.?Create attractive window display and store layouts to increase sales revenue creating decorative effect.?Create filling arrangements for Bateel Corporate Catalogue, Manuals, Events and seasonal theme.Job Accountabilities?To ensure that Boutiques and Caf‚ retail areas are well presented and merchandised to the highest of standards at all time.?Implement and install shop windows, niches and shop counter display as per Bateel Guidelines, using the available space to the best advantage.?Sourcing materials and display elements, props and required VM accessories.?Train the store team about design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display, to help building and understand of aesthetics.?Ensure that boxes and filling arrangements are available on display in a theme and according to Bateel Guideline.?To make sure all detailing (spacing, labelling, pricing and ribbons) is arranged according to Bateel Standard.?Training and motivating sales staff for shop merchandising, new product launching and seasonal themes.?Preparing visual Display guide for shop show cases and other display units.?Visual Merchandising preparation / set up for UAE and other countries using the VM checklist.?Working with Marketing and the Design Team for creating Bateel Corporate Catalogue, Manuals and other Marketing Materials.
