Job Description

  • Schedule and book transportation.
  • Grant access for VIP guests.
  • Grant access for VIP vehicles.
  • Ensure readiness of all logistical requirements for the VIP visits including golf carts are fully charged before each visit.
  • Ensure that the golf carts are cleaned, maintained and charged throughout the day.
  • Maintain the Log Sheet.
  • Manage the pavilion?s drivers.
  • Administer the VIP Services & Logistics Contract.
