Job SummaryHandling Elite VIP Travel Management which may range from straightforward tasks such as booking direct flights to coordinating entire travel experiences including itineraries, accommodation, transport, tours, visas, and out of the ordinary requests.?Responsibilities and DutiesStrong understanding of a VIP travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the clientProvide travel quotation and general travel advice to VIP AccountsResponds to requests accurately and completely and maintain a high level customer serviceExcellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rulesMaintains, actively communicates, and seeks expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supportedAppropriately responds and resolves conflicting requests, anticipates and provides assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the VIPActively supports other team members within and across teams, must be able to take direction and work well with othersUses positive language and word choices to avoid negative reactionsAbility to work under stress and meet deadlines?Acts as a resource for co-workers for information, problem solving, and reducing errors.?Ability to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned?Work independently in the absence of supervisionAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities, exercising discretion and judgment.?Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.?Ability to maintain work volume and quality consistent with peers.??
