We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Villa Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE to oversee the construction and coordination of an exclusive villa project. This role requires a strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and BIM management, with a focus on clean and organized workflows, clear reporting, and daily communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily construction operations, maintaining strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Coordinate efficiently with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, facilitating proactive communication to address issues as they arise.- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools to streamline project planning, ensure accurate documentation, and drive project efficiency.- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, uphold cleanliness and organization on-site, and ensure all work aligns with project specifications.- Maintain comprehensive documentation, providing clear and timely reports on progress, budgets, and schedules for stakeholders.- Establish and manage daily communication channels with stakeholders to keep everyone updated on project milestones and any adjustments to timelines or scope.
