Job Description

?Airbus is opening a VIE opportunity within its Dubai based HR team to support its activities 12 to 24 months. You would join Airbus, an international pioneer in the aerospace industry, a leader in designing, manufacturing and delivering aerospace products, services and solutions to customers on a global scale. Airbus has built on its strong European heritage to become truly international - with roughly 180 locations and 12,000 direct suppliers globally, and 3 Divisions : Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Space and Defence as well as Helicopters.Main responsibilities

  • Support implementation of ad hoc project in the region
  • Support HRBP in all annual processes following the people tempo (HR development cycle), performance review, goals setting, and team review.
  • Support ongoing recruitments in sourcing and initial screening
  • Support the preparation of the Regional talent review.
  • Work on the implementation of all people development processes to ensure a high level of development for talent people.
  • Support HR reward on the implementation of new labor law applicable in Dubai
Behaviors and skills that will contribute to success in this role include:
  • Master degree level (or equivalent) in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • First experience in HR as a generalist (recruitment, people development..)
  • Collaborative way of working
  • Project management
  • Critical thinking
  • A high level of communication and presentation skills
  • High integrity
  • Negotiation level of English
