Videographer / PhotographerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Capture highquality videos and photographs of our properties, including interiors, exteriors, amenities, and surrounding areas.•Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects to effectively showcase our properties and brand.•Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute visual content strategies that align with company objectives.•Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.•Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in videography and photography techniques.•Manage equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software, to ensure optimal performance and quality output.•Coordinate with property managers and other team members to schedule photo and video shoots efficiently.Requirements:•Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate or architectural photography/videography.•With a minimum of a year of experience.•Proficiency in DSLR cameras, lighting techniques, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).•Creative eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.•Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
