Our client is a leading Food Ingredients manufacturing company in the Middle East.We are looking to hire a VP Operations - DXBAreas of responsibility

Overall responsibility for planning and implementing the operational and strategic direction of the respective business units and functional teams.
Formulate and implement growth-oriented sales plans and review the performance against the set goals.
Drive divisional P&Ls and achieve the set targets in the most efficient manner.
Develop and implement efficient operations , cost-effective systems & new technology to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Consistently review the functioning of departments to ensure operations are on track to meeting the companys goals.
Utilize knowledge of the relevant markets, competitors, trends, etc and provide inputs to expand the customer base and increase the company market share.
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with principals, suppliers and customers and collaboratively formulate win-win strategies.
Oversee new business development ? supplier and customer focused including expansion and diversification.
Lead and motivate the respective teams and drive the culture of a performance-oriented organization.
