Job Description

Contract Duration ( 6 Months) - Oct 2022- 31st March 2023Salary Package: AED7000Location : Dubai , UAE Required: Own Visa or Under Family Sponsorship Reporting

  • To prepare proposals / contracts for tenant services.
  • Responsible in preparing Tenant services commercial reports and related costing sheets.
  • To prepare allocated reports in a timely manner, coordinating with internal departments to ensure that agreed timelines are kept on schedule and allocated objectives achieved.

  • To ensure that renewal contract for tenant services is sent on time.
Financial
  • To ensure that the budgets are achieved for Tenant Services - Asset Management
  • To increase the business penetration level. Approach new tenants and introduce new services.
  • Upload all supporting documents in the system for invoicing process and support finance team for collection process as and when required.
Customer
  • To liaise with clients professionally, efficiently and on timely manner.
  • Actively participate in the departmental meetings and facilitates/attends meetings with customers.
  • Build and maintains trust-based relationship with customers.
  • To displays strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Business accountabilities
  • Continually seek opportunities to develop self and if applicable colleagues/team members.
  • Implement duties in line with the Venue Services Management.
  • To coordinate with relevant departments (Operations, Procurement etc) to ensure tenant related services deliverables are managed efficiently.
  • To drive improvements in appropriate systems, processes, policies and procedures within Tenant Services and Exhibitor Services commercial to enable the unit to become a best in class fully integrated service in the company.
