Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Van Salesman to join our Team. Specializing in the Distribution of FMCG products. The Van Salesman will be responsible for Driving a Sales van, Managing Stock, Building relationships and maximizing Sales.Sales & Distribution:

  • Deliver FMCG Products to Retailers & Restaurants
  • Achieve the Monthly / Quarterly Targets
Customer Service:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding product delivery, quality or Pricing.
Stock Management:
  • Load and Unload stock from Van
  • Maintain proper stock levels in the van and ensure products are well organized.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and records of transactions.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market conditions to the sales team.
Cash Handling:
  • Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
  • Ensure the accurate handling of cash and timely submission to the company.
