Our client: A growing FMCG company renowned for is popular brands is actively seeking a highly experience Van Sales Manager to be based in UAE.Your Role: As a Van Sales Manager, you will be responsible in managing the sales operation of the sales team. Plan and analyze sales performance data, route execution and adherence to journey plans. Develop efficient route plans for van sales representatives, optimizing coverage and timely product delivery. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify business opportunities. Monitor sales performance against targets and generate regular reports for senior management.
