UX DesignerResponsibilities:?Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback?Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas?Design and deliver mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces?Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience?Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering?Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience?Ensure that the final design meets the objectives of the user experience and business goalsSkills:?Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final designs?Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar?Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps?Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus?Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices?Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools?Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details?Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders?Excellent communication and teamwork skills?Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes??
