DescriptionRobert Half are continuing our excellent partnership with a large local conglomerate with a diversified portfolio across GCC, who require a UX Architect for a new Digital Division.Based in Dubai, the role involves translating business goals into user-focused solutions by creating site-maps, wireframes, style guides, user flows & interactions. The UXA works closely with the marketing, development & design teams to create optimal solutions that satisfy the high-level business & customer goals.Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities*Partner with GM - Omni to develop, implement and manage UX guidelines, standards and processes to optimize conversion rates and increase the perception of the client as a leading digital brand through the user experience of the websites and mobile applications.*Contribute to overarching UX strategy, by identifying how the proposed application architecture, features, functionality and navigation reflect the strategy and user objectives.Requirements*Digital Commerce experience: experience in an online retail environment (direct to consumer) preferably apparel, home, or other customer focused technology products.*Experience with the agile development process.*Understands website functionalities, technical specifications and requirements and conversant with the disciplines of information architecture, visual and interaction design to create compelling conversion-orientated designs.*Able to collect and analyse large quantities of data from different sources, present concise reports, identify trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis.*Exhibit user-centric thinking incorporating user needs, business goals, & industry best practices.*Advanced knowledge of architecture software programs (e.g., Axure, OmniGraffle, Sketch, Adobe software, inVision and similar).*Experience and clear understanding of data driven MVT and A/B testing on digital commerce.This is a NEW immediate requirement, as part of a NEW Digital team and offers the chance to be part of something great!
