Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.We are currently looking for outgoing and customer-focused Ushers to ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during events.Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and providing assistance as needed.
  • Escorting guests to their seats and ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Answering questions and providing information about the venue and event.
  • Assisting with crowd control and maintaining orderliness in seating areas.
  • Checking tickets and verifying guest credentials.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the smooth flow of guests.
  • Assisting with cleaning and maintaining the venue before, during, and after events.
  • Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
