They will also be responsible for diagnosing and treating various urological conditions using the latest medical advancements and techniques.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough initial consultations with patients to gather medical history, perform examinations, and order diagnostic tests- Diagnose and treat various urological disorders, including but not limited to prostate enlargement, kidney stones, bladder issues, and urinary tract infections- Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries, to treat urological conditions- Prescribe and manage medications, hormonal therapies, and other forms of treatment for patients- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other medical professionals for ongoing care and treatment- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of urology through continuous education and professional developmentRequirements:- Medical degree and specialized training in Urology- Valid medical license and board certification in Urology- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role- Proficient in performing minimally invasive and robotic surgeries- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Flexibility to work on-call shifts and weekends if requiredwe are committed to providing our employees with a fulfilling and supportive work environment.
