1. Good knowledge of Payroll Processing, Accounting and Bank Reconciliation2. Verification of payroll input, update input into HRMS, ensure availability of timecards of all employees, Three way headcount reconciliation with HR database, Time Cards and Payroll Run Results 3. Payroll Variance Analysis and find out reason for variances, Coordinate with HR and Finance for various issues 4. Calculation of arrears salary payments (retro pay), New Joiners? Salary calculation5. Verification of Full & Final Settlement, Employees? benefits, Notice Payment, Ensure accurate payment to ex-employees 6. Ensure payments are made as per company policies and procedures, verify authorization of payment7. Handle provision for Gratuity, Leave Salary, Site Leave Encashment, Payroll Clearing Account and Negative Salary, reconcile related GL Accounts at employee level8. Maintain trackers of Final Settlement, Bank / Manual Payments and Error Log 9. Prepare Payroll Journal Vouchers, other rectification entries and obtain necessary approval before posting to GL 10. Be available and assist in monthly accounting closing and transfer to GL in Oracle 12i as per internal deadlines 11. Focus on process improvement to improve efficiency12. Maintain good relationship with the counterparts13. Always take care for yourself, colleagues and others whilst at work
