? The Sales Supervisor will work hand in hand with the branch manager to develop business strategies for the branch? The candidate will be in charge of overseeing the daily activities of the sales and marketing team ? Candidate must possess B.sc in any field of study? Minimum of 3 years experience in tourism? Must be able to market visas, tickets, tour packages and holiday packages? Candidate must be willing to work on the field? Should be between ages 30 - 40? Must possess good negotiation skills, leadership skills, a strong personality, and good customer service skills.? He/She must have the ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated? Candidate should have a good understanding of Dubai market and a deep understanding of the tourism industry? Must be willing to work with targets? Candidate must be based in Dubai? Certification in related field will be an added advantage? Candidate should be fluent in the English language? Must be computer literate? Candidate must have an extensive sales experience? He/She must be an excellent team player? Must possess a great level of people management skills? Knowledge and experience in the overseas market would be an added advantage? Candidate should have a wide knowledge of generating revenue from overseas market? Candidate must have a deep understanding of Dubai laws as it relates to tourism and Labour? Candidate must have been in a position of leadership
