JOB PROFILESales Executive for Automotive PaintsDescription: As part of our continued expansion we are looking for dedicated, passionate and self-motivated Sales Executive for the Automotive Paints having 3 - 5 Years selling experience in UAE.Essential Job Duties:? Identify potential prospects by segment (high / mid / low consumption).? Prospect, sell and close new customer at a level necessary to meet annual sales budgets.? Make sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.? Provide post sale support to all assigned accounts to promote customer retention.? Manage all information needed to prepare proposals and or agreements related to Automotive Paints sales.? Coordinates visit schedule with the assigned Technical Service Representative.? Maintain accurate customer call and support activity records for all assigned accounts.? Be familiar with product literature and the ability to convey product information and availability to customers? Support the collection efforts of past & present due balances as required.? Assumes other duties as assigned.? Promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the customersJob Requirements:? High School Diploma required; College degree preferred? Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with sales, with at-least 3-5 years in the automotive paints segment? Strong connection with decision makers in Automotive Workshops? Strong time management and communication skills? Must be willing to learn the company's products, included but not limited to, the knowledge of paint, chemical aspects, and refinishing? Good computer skills including customer relationship management CRM software and Microsoft Office? Must have a UAE driving license
