Make sure work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.
Put a stop to wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.
Manage steel fixers engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works such as setting out, rebar fixing, bar bending etc.
Collect assignments in the form of oral and written instructions, blueprints and sketches
Ensure discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness
