Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established Financial Holding company based out in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Underwriting Assistant who will be focusing on Trade Credit and Political Risk.<br /><br />- Reply to customer and underwriter enquiries and offer status updates.<br />- Lead, determine and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures and standards.<br />- Communicate with customers to get information to complete screening and transactions.<br />- Compile data and conduct routine tasks to support Underwriters.<br />- Assess mail, correspondence, records and reports to choose processing matters.<br />- Direct risky issues outside designated authority level to Underwriter for approval.<br />- Set up and input new business, renewals and reinstatement through manual online system.<br />- Compile reports and maintain files and logs.<br />- Ensure assigned workload within quality and productivity.<br />- Extend technical underwriting support for team members.<br /><br />Requirements-2-3 year of work experience as an Assistant Underwriter<br />-Must have a bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration, or other related field<br />- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate collection of information and entry into databases<br />- Stellar communications and interpersonal skills<br /><br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br />
