UC Project EngineerJob Location: DubaiKey Responsibilities:?Design and implement Nice CX-One software solutions.?Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on the use and implementation of Nice CX-One/contact center software solutions.?Analyse business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet those requirements.?Test and troubleshoot Nice CX-One software solutions to ensure they are functioning correctly.?Able to manage big?Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Nice CX-One software solutions.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Nice CX-One software solutions meet business needs.?Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Nice CX-One technology and incorporate those developments into solutions as appropriate.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.?At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Nice CX-One software solutions.?Strong knowledge of Nice CX-One software, including Nice IEX Workforce Management, Nice Quality Management, and Nice Interaction Analytics.?Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills?Having good experience in contact centre & IP telephony topology.?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to work independently and in a team environment.?Strong project management skills.?Nice Certified Administrator
