Role PurposeContributing to the design and development of the general policy related to the Aviation Safety, Security and Environment of of unmanned Aircraft Vehicle, preparing and disseminating operational manuals for the services and operations related with the unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and ensuring the effective implementation of their annual operational plan. To develop and implement policy frame work of the Audits, inspections process and update associated documentation as well as procedures and protocols for Air Navigation Service Providers.Key Responsibilities/Duties:1. Determine the operation of unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and associated activities and design the required oversighting and control mechanisms for these operations.2. Develops and establishes procedures and guidelines for daily operations of drone systems, and Aviation Navigation services providers.3. Designing the necessary procedures and conditions for issuing permits to carry out operations and practice activities related to unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and Air Traffic Management.4. Developing the comprehensive scheme for approved areas, altitudes and airways in which unmanned Aircraft Vehicle are permitted to operate.5. Designing aviation safety, security, and environment systems and services for unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and Air Traffic Management, and publishing the required manuals for that.6. Participate in developing the operational plan related to the aviation safety, security and environment for unmanned Aircraft Vehicle, and ATM related activities.7. Analyze, recommend & report on unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and Air Traffic Management system?s activities, outputs and results including monitoring services, performance measures, inspections conducted, technical study and coordination with other entities involved in unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and UTM operations.8. Developing a risk management plan for unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and Air Traffic Management, overseeing its efficient implementation and ensuring its effectiveness.9. Provide an effective and efficient technical consultation related to unmanned Aircraft Vehicle and Air Traffic Management operations, including the diagnoses and resolving safety security and environment issues, and conducting market analysis systems development and innovations.10. Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the line manager.Academic Qualifications:? Bachelor?s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering.? Or Bachelor?s degree or equivalent Air Traffic Controller programCertifications:? Air Traffic Controller License? SMSProfessional Experience:? Knowledge of enforcement methodology & policies.? Experience with radar systems and components.
