The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:Responsible for creation UAT test plan for the relevant domain, ensuring test scenarios, threads and scripts are full and complete to support functional testingResponsible for ensuring Test Governance, Vendors, BAs and SMEs provide inputs to the UAT test planResponsible for developing the execution plan, flow and timing against the UAT test planAccountable to ensure the UAT plan is loaded to JIRA full and completeResponsible coordination of the UAT execution across testers including daily standups and squad updates etc.Accountable for updates to JIRA on test case and thread completion during UAT cyclesAccountable to ensure that defect logging is clear and timely during the testing cycleAccountable for chasing defects with Vendors/IT/Test and Defect Management clarifying processes with SMEs and BAsLead in UAT Governance forum to report progress, blockers, risks and issues as well as propose mitigating actionsResponsible for identifying Lessons Learnt from UAT testing Phase to be rolled into actionable changeMust have experience on managing a team of Business Testers.
