Evolve design strategies which promote excellence, in order to meet Company objectives and client requirements. Roles and Responsibilities ? Oversee the workforce in the production department ? Conceptualize award winning, creative video production ideas across key clients ? Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines ? Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel ? Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management ? Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising our quality of work ? Work with production team to manage production workflow, schedule and quality ? Ensure that final product/s meets quality standards and customer specifications. ? Support the Creative team on all stages of a production ? Oversee any location scouting and manage financial arrangements with the Finance department to secure locations for productions ? Manage the shooting schedule by listing details of all information and timings of cast, crew and locations that are booked for a production ? Oversee budgets & shoot estimates that account for internal crew, equipment, any outsourced crew and outsourced equipment when required ? Apply and secure location permits for shoots, wherever required ? Liaise with Group Operations Manager to contact suppliers for outsourcing and hiring crew for various shoots/projects ? Maintain contacts of and a strong relation with third-party suppliers and recruiters of freelancers, rental houses, art directors, make-up artists, catering companies, sound engineers, wardrobe stylists, recording studios ? Book Voice over recording sessions whenever needed ? Support on ground during productions to oversee and manage shoot schedule and any increase or deviation in budget, when need be ? Ensure accurate documentation prior to a scheduled shoot, which include but not limited to printed permits, release forms signed by all cast, consent form for backgrounds that appear in the shot. And ensure being present on ground to support with the documents if need be. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager ?
