As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business development efforts by preparing competitive proposals and delivering compelling solutions to clients. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to embark on a rewarding career in the energy industry.Client DetailsMultinational oil and gas firm with regional offices in Dubai.DescriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, project specifications, and scope of work.Assist in preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and project objectives.Conduct thorough research and analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and technical feasibility.Coordinate with subject matter experts and engineers to gather technical inputs and incorporate them into proposals.Prepare and present technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, and methodology.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.ProfileUAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED).Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering preferred).Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
