Evolve design strategies which promote excellence, in order to meet Company objectives and client requirements. Roles and Responsibilities ? Develop and execute design layouts and visual branding that support Company and client objectives ? Create video, web graphics, photography, logos and illustrations, in coordination with the creative team ? Conduct research, conceptualize and develop several persuasive ideas to meet client needs ? Conceptualize and execute designs on pitches and strategies working closely with the Creative Director ? Monitor assigned projects to ensure that goals and objectives are completed according to brief ? Mentor the design team by reviewing their designs, providing directions and feedback ? Collaborate with copywriters and accounts? teams, to develop creative solutions and transform them into creative designs ? Serve as a creative, innovative resource and point of contact for management on design and branding standards, and production methods and timelines ? Research emerging technologies, trends and new methodologies, and recommend solutions that align with business goals ? Create an overall design style and direct designers on how to develop artwork or layouts. Set a visual stencil/template for the design team to refer to and adapt across all visuals, thus ensuring consistency ? Manage the Design team in terms of recruitment, training, employee relations, in coordination with HR Department and Creative Director ? Stay up to date with latest digital media and evolving online platforms ? Comply with Our client policies and procedures and support Our client mission and vision ? Research skills Job Requirements Education BA in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or any related field. Experience A minimum of 8 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably at a digital agency or in-house web team for a product-driven business. Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design. Good branding and information architecture experience. Experience in designing e-commerce websites or advertising. Licenses and certifications Physical demand and working conditions Professional office environment. Sedentary work. May involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Day shift, requiring occasional overtime.
