They will work closely with the business development and customer service teams to identify areas for improvement in customer experience and develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty.˙We only accept applications from candidates who are in the UAE .You will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the business development and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
