Job Description

Company DescriptionA new hair care center that focuses on non surgical hair loss treatments and hair spa options.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Trichologist with minimum 2 years experience for a hair center, located in Dubai. As a Trichologist, you will be responsible for providing hair and scalp consultations, analyzing and diagnosing hair and scalp issues, and recommending appropriate treatments and solutions. You will also perform hair and scalp treatments, such as scalp massages, laser therapy, and hair loss prevention treatments. Additionally, you will educate clients on hair care and maintenance practices to promote healthy hair and scalp and keep up-to-date with industry trends and research.Should know how to do the following:

  • Describe scalp issues to clients.
  • Find the issue by examining the scalp.
  • Identify the issue?s root cause, and select the most appropriate treatment.
  • Treat issues with the scalp, such as dandruff, itching, hair loss, baldness, and excessive oiliness.
  • Repair any hair or scalp damage that has occurred.
  • Perform a microscopic analysis of the hair.
  • Massage the scalp with oil or lotion, use ointments, or utilize ultraviolet lights and electrotherapy devices.
  • Provide guidance on properly using hair coloring, permanent waves, and straightening treatments.
Training will be provided for the trichologist and will have a team of therapists available to assist. Work will be in a dedicated hair center, experience in managing a center is an advantage.Location: Dubai, Candidate should reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Expected Start Date: Within 2-3 weeksSalary Range: 6000-9000aed
