They leverage their expertise in destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel trends to curate personalized itineraries that cater to the unique needs and desires of outbound travelers.Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation:
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel aspirations, budget, and specific preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on international destinations, visa requirements, cultural nuances, and safety considerations.
  • Tailor outbound travel packages to meet individual needs and interests.
  • Booking and Itinerary Planning:
  • Book international flights, accommodations, tours, and activities using our travel booking systems.
  • Create detailed itineraries, including travel schedules, accommodation details, suggested activities, and visa information.
  • Ensure that all bookings are made accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process and post-travel.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during international travel.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, international destinations, and industry news.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our companys outbound travel products and services.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members.
  • Sales and Upselling:
