Handle enquiries received through calls, emails and walk-in guests.
Coordinate with the guests and trade partners to determine cruise vacation requirements, suggest and guide them with the desired destination, ship, sailing dates and cabin categories.
Create new bookings, send quotes, services existing bookings including making changes to reservations, accepting and recording payments and assisting guests / travel partners with arranging guest preferences.
Maintain proper documentation of the guests? details/financials and update files with the latest changes.
Attend required training classes, completes required on-line training courses and satisfies completion standards
