  • 2 - 3 years experience in U.A.E Destination Management for online booking & visa requirements for the European Union and other tourist countries.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers/suppliers, and Hotels must have excellent customer service skills & excellent negotiation skills,
  • Time management and ownership skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Management.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Making contracts with companies and groups for their employees and relatives.
  • Making monthly marketing plan as our General Plan.
  • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
  • Diagnose the clients? specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
  • Organize trips from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.
  • Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc.)
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
  • Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
  • Create and update electronic records of clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key Persons and clients.
  • Keep financial statements and documents.
  • Reach the revenue and profit targets.
REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATIONUniversity Degree in Tourism/Travel/Hospitality or any related field.EXPERIENCEProven working experience as a travel consultant for a minimum of 2-3 years in outbound tours and customer service in the travel industry.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
