- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant in outbound/outgoing holidays packages- Excellent knowledge of traveling software (online reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.- Proficiency in Emails typing, Microsoft office and online researches.- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach.- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively with customers, travel partners and service providers.- Good knowledge of trending destinations that preferred for Emirati and GCC market.- Fully understanding the needs of Arabic families, honeymooners and business travelers and working on getting it professionally delivered to guarantee customers satisfaction.- Demonstrable ability to handle crises- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field- Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred- Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred.
