Job Description

Fly With Jeff is a growing Flight Booking Travel Agency based in Brazil with office in Business Bay, Dubai.We are looking for a Travel Agent / Sales Person to join the team and help grow the business further in the UAE and the region.Your responsibilities shall entail the below:

  • Answer to client calls and email requests regarding flight enquiries and prices.
  • Send invoices, receipts and follows up on payments.
  • Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and B2C customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
  • Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
