Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Travel Planning: Research, organize, and book travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
Itinerary Preparation: Create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all bookings are accurate and clients are informed of their travel plans.
Problem-Solving: Assist clients with any travel-related issues or changes, including cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency support.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel-related service providers.
Documentation: Ensure that clients have all necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and tickets.
Sales & Upselling: Recommend and sell additional services, such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, changes in regulations, and new destination offerings.
