  • Arrange training schedule, requirements, and preparations.
  • Identify training requirements and provide recommendations on programs and activities.
  • Conduct technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders according to company standards.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for participants and management. Coordinate and support where necessary.
  • Attend seminars and workshops for new training methods and techniques and prepare and update training content.
  • Maintain training records, issue certificates, and report feedback.
  • Prepare and disseminate training material.
