Job responsibilities:•Design, customize, and deliver training programs on a variety of behavioral topics, such as communication skills, leadership development, emotional intelligence, resilience, and diversity and inclusion.• Ability to handle training sessions for both the front-line staff and Managers on soft skills.•Utilize a range of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, coaching sessions, and experiential learning activities, to engage and empower employees•Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to improve customer handling, upselling techniques, and product knowledge.•Conduct training evaluations, and performance analyses to measure the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement.•Establish metrics to assess the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.•Collaborate with BU Heads to identify skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.•Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance metrics.•Stay updated with industry trends in pharma retail and recommend enhancements to training content accordingly.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree related field with relevant certification in Training & Development is a plus.•At least 5–6 years of experience in a training role, preferably in retail, FMCG background.•Experience in delivering training on customer experience, sales etiquette, conflict resolution, and team collaboration with experience in Retail industry.•Proficient in developing interactive training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and role plays.•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority.•Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is advantageous.
