One of our clients who is a giant in the beauty industry is looking to hire a Training Manager on a 6 month contract.Client DetailsGlobal giant in the beauty industry redefining the beauty industry through next-generation products.DescriptionReporting to the Training Director, this person will be responsible for;Managing the relationships between the business owners (Store managers, Retail Area Manager) and the Training teamSupporting the region in driving customer experience through applied learning of consulting skills by way of observation and coachingManaging field teams indirectly and with management a plan to bring them to the next levelLeading any new training-related project, to support business prioritiesReviewing plan, timing, budget, and resources needed (internally or externally) if anyEnsuring the implementation of cross-category culture and knowledgeTravelling once a month across the GCC to delivery trainingsProfilePlease note, this is a 6 month contract role covering for maternity leave.
