You will be responsible to implement the regional annual training plan as directed by the brands guidelines and objectives and delivering field coaching to the Beauty Advisors, in order to grow sales and profit, increase market share and enhance the brand image.Responsibilities of the role:DevelopmentAdapt international training materials in order to fit local specificities and enhance the content of existing training support documents when neededProvide inputs and feedback to Management on training and coaching methods and toolsExecutionDeliver product training to both Beauty Advisors and generic staff in line with sales cycles & training prioritiesDeliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand?s Beauty Advisors following the Central guidelinesAssist the Retail Manager on the recruitment of new Beauty Advisors according to regional needsOrganize annual regional motivation gathering for Beauty Advisors with Retail ManagerComplete relevant training reports and other necessary reports as requested by Area Sales ManagerManagementDevelop and motivate Beauty Advisors through training and coachingContribute to Region and Training projects: regional training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coachingPlan and monitor training and traveling expenses according to budget & resources optimizationOn-FieldCoach and motivate Beauty Advisors at POS to ensure ?in-class? product information, sales pitch and the brands Art of Selling methodologies are effectively carried out and enhanced at POSStore visit to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with Beauty Advisors and/or customersIdentify and provide feedback for future training needs
