FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:? Organizing and conducting Laduree brands standard training program for newly recruited staff? To analyse the employee?s performance, identify their strength and area of improvements and create specific training program accordingly.? To be in each branch during service and train the team on job training from a service and standard point of view. ? Training Schedule will be based on operational demands. Creating a monthly training schedule for all stores, including but not limited to:- Product knowledge (Menu knowledge)- Service standards and procedures - Technical training (Global Bake, POS, documentation)- Root cause analysis, etc? To raise Brand awareness and maintain consistency between all branches regarding SOP and company?s policy.? To create and manage quarterly presentation and providing supporting materials of newly launched (upcoming) products, festive brochures, seasonal menu updates and changes and implement staff training accordingly ? Developing training program for all FOH positions and departments and ensure all the materials are updated.? Work closely with store managers to ensure the effectiveness of the training ? Develops and executes a training plan that improves KPIs? Maintain training records and files ? Able to coordinate specified municipality training (PIC, Food handling, H&S, HACCP) ? To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by Operation manager EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE? Education/ Qualification? Certification in Food and Beverage/ Catering would be an advantage? Experienceindustry ? Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge ? Excellent communication skills in English. ? Arabic or French speaking would be an advantage.? High levels of personal grooming.? Interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.? Self-Motivated and Role model? QHSE tutor qualification
