Holford is hiring for Training and Development Officer, UAE- MaleONLY MALE CAN APPLYSkills & Qualifications required: -? Must have a degree in Human Resource? Must have at least 2-3 years of HR Training and Development experience in UAE? Must have on hands experience in facilitating trainings, delivering trainings and creating training materials? Excellent command in Microsoft office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint? Design, expand and manager training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual? Create and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options? Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees? Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback?
