The purpose of the Training Delivery Manager role is to support the Senior Manager Training Operations with managing the training delivery for all Expo 2020 Event Time Training. Working closely with the wider Learning and Development team, they will be responsible for day-to-day training at the Expo 2020 Event Time training center(s).Main responsibilities for this role include:- Deliver and manage Event Time Training programmes;- Work with the Expo 2020 Training Supporter to ensure all centers are ready to operate and function to deliver seamless training;- Collaborate with the rest of the Engagement, Training & Internal Communications team in managing the Event Time training budget and calendar for Expo 2020 workforce;- Assist with the streamlining of workforce processes in an efficient manner, to deliver an exceptional experience for every workforce member (particularly the volunteer workforce);- Manage the daily smooth delivery of all Event Time Training;- Support the scheduling of all Event Time workforce training and the necessary reporting to ensure everyone attends the required training pathways;- Monitor and report on the Training KPIs to ensure adherence;- Manage the team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports.
