  • To meet the needs of retail managers, regularly formulate regular training and strengthening plans for the sales team and give training assessments.
  • According to the retail managers work plan, cooperate with the formulation of sales target achievement plan and management plan for store personnel, and supervise the implementation.
  • Assist the company in implementing sales, promotional policies, marketing activities and other plans to ensure continuous sales growth
