We are on the look out for 5 trainee and intern based candidates that exhibit a strong desire to work in the Dubai sales market, a confident in person, and phone based attitude and a never say die persona.Sales in a high ticket commission based environment are not for everyone. Work life balance does not exist, work is life and life is work and our sales team are always hustling for opportunities be that in the office, at events, or drink in hand at the bar. Network is key to success and the growth of that network will make all the difference. You need to be financially prepared to fund yourself for the first 6 months with savings as during this time you will be learning the market, gaining qualifications, and building your contacts, chances are you will not complete a deal in this period.Dubai sales agents work on a commission only basis, there is no basic wage to fall back on and your performance and capability is the key to your success. If you are successful in your application for this role you will need to ensure you have the financial capability to accommodate yourself, and cover your day to day expenses for at least 6 months.AGIs intern trainee package stands out and is the ideal starting point to gain entry into this exciting industry. We offer an initial intern period of 2 months which they will begin in house training shadowing the team and beginning to build their network. Those that prove themselves in the first 8 weeks to have the right attitude and desire to succeed, they will progress onto our trainee program where we provide an all expenses paid work visa, emirates ID, and residency package as well as a company funded mobile phone and laptop. For those that perform well through the trainee stage and begin to close deals, the final stage of progression is on offer with full formal training and exams to become a fully qualified RERA-registered Dubai real estate sales agent for the company.We have spoken about the costs and all the tough bits of taking the plunge, now for the exciting bit, what you can earn. As previously mentioned Dubai sales agents work on a commission only basis, AGI asset capital works with over 8 billion dirhams worth of stock and we set a general base line 5 million AED with some stock exceeding 1 billion AED in value. most deals work with a 2% transaction value overall commission of which the sales agents get up to 60%. Closing just 1 deal at our lowest property value of 5 million AED would result in over 200,000 AED in commission. Closing a buyer on one of the 16 hotels we currently have for sale in group stock would see you with a life changing commission payment of over 3 million dirhams in just one deal.These are real world achievable figures, high performing sales agents in the Dubai market are regularly making million a year in commission.Year round sun, living the high life in a vibrant exciting office with unprecedented tax free earning potential.
