Job Description

URGENT HIRING!Can join Immediately!!Position: Female Quantity Surveyor/ AdminLocation: Al Qouz,Dubai, UAEFreshers can also ApplySalary will be discussed upon the interview.

  • Ability to read civil drawings, take-off door quantities, prepare estimates, and quotations
  • Assist and support your Seniors with regard to Project data, Customer data, Salesman and Estimators data, and other related requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • In accordance with ISO Quality Standard requirements, record all details and correspond with the Customers with regard to the projects you are estimating or other related activities.
  • Scanning and making copies of important documents and filing them in a professional and systematic manner.
  • Maintaining databases, operating office equipment, and managing office space.
  • Executing and maintaining office systems. File and retrieve documents, records and reports.
  • Liaising with the Company?s customers and staff regarding official matters.
  • Keep all company?s information + details strictly confidential and not enter into any activity which would harm the interests of your employer/ Company.
  • Vat submission and data entry
