Junior Procurement Officer will provide support and assistance to senior team members on a cost-efficient and timely procurement of all materials, goods, works, consultancy services and other services are performed in line with the Company Standard Procedure-Support drafts contract agreements for subcontractors and issue purchase orders as per approved material submittals and material service requests as well as after appropriate approvals are secured on the technical and financial bids from the relevant departments and/or line managers as required.-Support in comparing vendors? offers both technically and financially per the pre-set evaluation assessment criterion for each procurement exercise and submit to line manager for review.-Liaise with quality, logistics and material management at supplier and customer offices as necessary to ensure timely delivery of the required goods or services to requisition.-Support follow-up on orders placed with suppliers/subcontractors and coordinate with the site team on its on-time delivery as required.
