  • Build a strong structure of trades connection appropriately with full consideration on risk management and deliver profitability.
  • ˙Be the main point of contact for suppliers and customers thus display deep understanding of Agri commodities Trading markets globally, freights process and costings.
  • Coordination with Supplier/Buyer for executing shipments.
  • Handling queries from both buyer and suppliers. Resolving them promptly and in line with the business service level agreements
  • Timely execution and regular follow-ups with all related counter parties
  • Payment follow up with the buyer and ensuring all outstanding against the shipment are settled and closed
  • Raising claims wherever necessary to buyer/supplier
