Job Opportunity: Trading Operations Analyst The Trading Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the trading desk in all operational aspects, ensuring the seamless execution of trades, settlement processes, and maintaining the integrity of trading data. This role involves close collaboration with traders, compliance teams, and other departments to ensure that all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades across various asset classes. Monitor and manage trade settlements, ensuring all transactions are settled according to market deadlines. Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve any issues that arise during the trade lifecycle. Provide operational support to traders, including the preparation and review of trade documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of trading strategies and processes. Maintain and update trading systems and databases. Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor and report any suspicious or non-compliant trading activities. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate operational risks. Maintain accurate records of all trading activities. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports. Analyze trading data to identify trends and provide insights to the trading team. Act as a liaison between the trading desk, back-office, compliance, and IT departments. Coordinate with brokers, exchanges, and other external counterparties to ensure smooth trading operations. Facilitate effective communication within the trading team and across departments. Identify opportunities to improve trading processes and systems. Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in trading operations.
