? Reports Generation:- Consolidating and analyzing Monthly Sales & Stock Reports from all the distributors- Generation weekly expiry reports?- Updating the A&P spends?- Occasional Market Visit Reports- Samples and POS stock report?- Other reports as needed by Sales & Marketing Managers? Consumer Promotion:?- Preparing presentation for each distributor?- Following up and consolidating all orders from distributors and coordinating with the logistics for availability of stocks for co packing.?- Briefing the third party co-packers for the co-packing job and liaising with logistics for the collection and delivery of promos to meet the shipment schedule? Creative Agency Support- Briefing advertising agency for all creatives works, including development of collaterals, In-store display stand etc?- Maintaining a library for all the artworks for ready reference? Distributor Handling:?- Regular correspondence with distributors for various issues like consumer promotion orders, POS requirements and others upon request?- Getting Market intelligence like retail pricing, market pictures and other matters? Marketing Spends A&P:Generating LPOs and maintaining a record of A&P spends??Other Jobs:?Includes assisting Marketing Manager and Sales Manager on various jobs as needed upon their request
