Trade finance/Operations OfficerManager OperationsRoles & Responsibilities:Executing full gamut of trade cycle including:?Preparing drafts for import & export LC, finalizing the draft with counter parties. Getting the LCs issued.?Check export LC once issued by the buyer and request any amendments required?Preparing and submitting application for import LC issuance?Issue shipping advises and other instructions to counter partiesÿ?Checking and finalizing the draft shipping documents and certificates received from the shippers against the LC and sending to buyer for their confirmation?LC negotiation ? including invoice preparation and ensuring that all documents presented to the bank are in line with LC terms and conditions?Lay time calculationLiaise with supplier/buyer/agents/banks for smooth execution of the trade.Ensuring compliance of contractual terms and conditions by the counter partiesTrack the trade from start to the end till the time all the payments are received in full.
