As a Track & Trace Lead, you will be the subject matter expert on the GCC market legislations regulating Track & Track Compliance. The candidate will be the T&T Business Owner for GCC legislations and the key project governor for all projects where T&T knowledge is required. Your day to day. Stakeholders Management: to manage expectations from different internal and external parties.. Project Governance (DTS Governance Board): continue to lead the established, dedicated resource, communication, and T&T guidance platform to address, escalate, hyper care and ultimately resolve all and any project execution related needs / concerns of all inter-connected stakeholders.. Technical/Systems Troubleshooting: Support in resolving any technical / system related troubleshooting related to the E2E SC production and distribution of DTS affixed FGs. . Physical Tax Stamp Management, Reconciliation & Reporting.. Portfolio Management: Manage and support the maintenance of existing / active products and facilitate the introduction of new products in the legislative (DTS) systems across all required interfaces (importer / manufacturer) . Legislative Agreements Review: Be the key custodian of all GCC provider agreements with PMI for its factories, i.e. be the chief key consultant and contributor to the documentary review process.Who were looking for. You have a college / university degree in any related subject, Masters would be a plus . You have more than 5 years of professional working experience Supply Chain . You have Customer Service Mind-Set (creating value), outstanding presentation & communication skills with English fluency and articulation to be able to simplify sophisticated subjects to be easily understood via both written and verbal communication. Driven by continuous process improvements & efficiencies . Strong Analytics driven by an investigative mind-set, Independent, self-motivated, self-starter & action / result oriented with ability to work with minimal guidance. Agile to work under pressure with expertise in change & crisis management. . Ability to handle multiple external parties with strong negotiation skills. . Proficient in using MS Office . Prior experience in the following would be a plus: Complex Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and/or Logistics. T&T experience in Middle East is preferred, elsewhere is an add.
